SERIES NO. 1 - LAYNE

Green fume dial. Gun metal PVD case. A Layne that stands apart.

The Layne is the first watch I've created under M. Ryan Watch Designs. I wanted the design to have a strong presence on the wrist without relying on oversized dimensions or unnecessary decoration.

The green fume dial brings depth and color to the design, with the green center gradually darkening toward the edges. Paired with the dark gunmetal PVD case, this version has a more modern, darker character than the stainless steel models.

And there's a detail you won't see on the other versions: the M. Ryan Watch Designs logo on the dial is lumed. At night, the logo lights up alongside the hour numerals, markers, and hands.

MADE TO BE WORN

At 41mm with a 48mm lug-to-lug, the Layne has a substantial wrist presence while maintaining balanced proportions. The front crystal and exhibition caseback both use sapphire crystal, and Swiss Super-LumiNova is used generously on the hands and markers.

FIRST PRODUCTION RUN - 300 WATCHES

The first Layne production run is 300 watches across five versions.

Only 50 Green Fume watches will be produced in this first run.

Production is already underway, with estimated shipping beginning February 2027. Pre-orders ship in the order they are received.
