SERIES NO. 1 - LAYNE

Blue fume dial. Deep color. A different side of the Layne.

The Layne is the first watch I've created under M. Ryan Watch Designs. I wanted the design to have a strong presence on the wrist without relying on oversized dimensions or unnecessary decoration.

The blue fume dial gives this version its character. The deep blue center gradually darkens toward the edges, creating depth that changes with the light while keeping the hands and markers easy to read.

MADE TO BE WORN

At 41mm with a 48mm lug-to-lug, the Layne has a substantial wrist presence while maintaining balanced proportions. The front crystal and exhibition caseback both use sapphire crystal, and Swiss Super-LumiNova is used generously on the hands and markers.

FIRST PRODUCTION RUN - 300 WATCHES

The first Layne production run is 300 watches across five versions.

Only 50 Blue Fume watches will be produced in this first run.

Production is already underway, with estimated shipping beginning February 2027. Pre-orders ship in the order they are received.
