We stand by the quality of the timepieces we build. Here’s what you need to know about our warranty, returns, and pre-orders.

 

International Warranty: What We Cover

 

Your M. Ryan Watch is covered against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If an issue pops up because of how we built the watch, we'll fix it.

We do NOT cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal Life: This includes expected wear and tear, like scratches, wearing down of case or bracelets, or minor chipping on the crystal.

  • Unauthorized Work: If anyone outside our authorized service centers opens the case back, adjusts the movement, or modifies the watch, the warranty is void.

  • Accessories: Damage to bracelets, straps, or other accessories is not covered.

  • Water Issues: Water infiltration or damage caused by failing to secure the screw-down crown, or exposing the watch to depths beyond its rated water resistance. You must secure the crown and respect the ratings!

 

Returns: If You Change Your Mind

 

You may return or exchange any item, but you need to act fast and keep the watch in pristine condition. This ensures the watch and all its accessories, box and package are in new condition.

 

Return Eligibility

 

  • Notify Us: You must notify us via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your item.

  • Pristine Condition: The watch and its original packaging must be completely undamaged. The watch must be unworn, and bracelets must not be resized.

  • Deadline: We must receive the item back at our facility within two weeks (14 calendar days) of the notice date.

 

Your Options

 

Once we verify the item meets the conditions, you can choose one of the following:

  1. Full Store Credit (minus shipping charges).

  2. Exchange for another in-stock product.

  3. Full Refund to your original payment method (minus shipping charges).

 

What You Must Know

 

  • No Wear: We cannot accept any watch showing signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • Restocking Fee: Any item you return is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Exchanges: You can exchange your item for anything currently in stock. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we give you the difference as a store credit.

 

Final Sale Items

 

You cannot return or exchange the following items:

  • Demo or pre-owned units.

  • Customized or factory-modified watches.

 

Pre-Order Policy

 

When you place a pre-order, you secure your spot for a future watch.

  • Finality: All pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • Credit: You can only apply these funds toward a store credit if you decide not to complete the purchase.

 

International Customs and Duties

 

If you live outside the U.S., please know that your shipment is subject to customs taxes or duties as charged by your own country.

  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for paying these fees directly to your country's customs office. (Note: There are no U.S. customs fees).
