• Founder-Owned: You understand and agree that M. Ryan Watch Designs operates as a private, founder-based startup.

• Modifications: We may update these T&Cs at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that specific transaction.

 

2. Intellectual Property and Content

 

We own everything on this website. Our brand, our designs, our photos, and all the text belong to M. Ryan Watch Designs.

• Ownership: All content, including the M. Ryan Watch Designs name, logo, watch designs (including renderings and photographs), and written materials, is the property of M. Ryan Watch Designs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Usage: You may use the site for personal, non-commercial use only. You cannot reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our content without express written permission.

 

3. Product Information and Availability

 

We aim for total accuracy, but we make no guarantees about future availability or pricing.

• Pre-Order Status: You understand that M. Ryan Watch Designs is currently in the launch phase. Physical watches are not available for immediate delivery and are expected mid-year 2026.

• Renderings: Any images, photographs, or 3D renderings of watches are for illustrative purposes only. The final product may have minor variations.

• Pricing: We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions before accepting your order or deposit.

 

4. Payments, Pre-Orders, and Store Credit

 

When you pay us, you agree to the specific terms regarding funds and refunds.

• Payment: We accept payment through the methods displayed on our website.

• Pre-Order Policy: Pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable. We can only apply them toward a store credit if you choose not to complete the final purchase of the watch.

• Store Credit: Store credits issued by M. Ryan Watch Designs do not expire and hold no cash value.

 

5. Shipping and International Orders

 

We will ship the watch, but the customs process is entirely your responsibility.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items you purchase passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

• International Duties and Taxes: If you order a watch from outside the United States, you acknowledge that the shipment will be subject to local customs duties, taxes, and fees. You are solely responsible for paying these charges. M. Ryan Watch Designs cannot provide estimates for these fees.

 

6. Warranty and Returns

 

The specific terms of your purchase are governed by our official policies.

• Warranty: Any purchase is subject to the limitations set out in our International Warranty policy. We cover manufacturing defects but not wear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

• Returns and Exchanges: All returns, exchanges, and restocking fees are governed by our Return Policy outlined on our site. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt for any return to be considered.

 

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

 

This section legally limits our liability to you.

• Liability Limit: M. Ryan Watch Designs, including the founder, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or the purchase and use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase is strictly limited to the total amount you paid for the product.
